Jody grew up in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

He lives in Toronto with his amazing daughter, Emmylou, and a cat named Oreo, who’s a bit much if we’re being honest.

He is a Copywriter and Content Manager.

He writes and works as a producer for television and film.

His children’s series, Mayor Little, was produced in Canada by Carte Blanche Films as the French-language La Petite Mairesse. It airs on UnisTv and is coming soon to TFO.

His first feature film as writer-director, Less is More, is scheduled to go into production in the Spring of 2024 with Sudbury’s Copperworks Productions.

He has a number of other television and films projects in development with various production companies across Canada, and several more in the pipeline.

He was an actor who did a lot of TV commercials and shows, theatre, and some indie films. Here is a commercial that still gets him recognized. (He’s the guy who flips out.)

This is a portrait of Jody done by his daughter, Emmylou, when she was six years old. It is one of his favourite things in the entire world
